1、fresh graduate students in business-related discipline with full-time availability at work during the whole internship;
2、strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good at problem-solving, high team-work spirit, proactive, good sense of responsibility and detailed oriented; quick to learn and react to urgent assignments;
3、passion and interest in retail market, with sense and knowledge in fashion and f&b industry;
4、language: mandarin; good at written and spoken english, cet-4 (cet-6 is preferred); cantonese is preferred;
5、skillful in microsoft office, including word, excel, ppt, etc.

主要職責及工作目標：
1、建立和維護重要客戶(hù)關(guān)系，跟進(jìn)積分兌禮、多品牌交叉營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理，會(huì )員驚喜計劃等；
2、和品牌建立良好的關(guān)系，全面掌握租戶(hù)品牌信息及場(chǎng)內當季活動(dòng)內容和主推產(chǎn)品，為顧客提供完善周到的服務(wù)；
3、高級貴賓室的日常管理與維護；
4、配合及協(xié)助會(huì )員活動(dòng)的執行與溝通；
5、會(huì )員數據的采集與整理，維護健全會(huì )員畫(huà)像；
6、關(guān)注及學(xué)習時(shí)尚領(lǐng)域相關(guān)品牌歷史，潮流趨勢及藝術(shù)文化發(fā)展，掌握豐富銷(xiāo)售話(huà)術(shù)知識。

任職要求：
1、有三年及以上銷(xiāo)售客戶(hù)服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗，零售、旅游及酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、富責任感與客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識，有較強的溝通協(xié)調能力并具有一定的工作承受能力；
3、具時(shí)尚觸覺(jué)，對國際品牌有一定的認識；
4、有較好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、讀、寫(xiě)能力者優(yōu)先。

主要職責 :
1. 進(jìn)行空調的日常操作、常規維護、緊急事故處理和所有空調系統的更新；
2. 根據租戶(hù)的要求進(jìn)行空調系統的操作，維護工作；
3. 能識讀空調設計原理圖；
4. 協(xié)助和監督承包商的日常維護和修補工作；
5. 能隨時(shí)回到崗位處理緊急事件。


崗位要求：
1. 中專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷；
2. 持有電工證書(shū)；
3. 持有空調設備相關(guān)證書(shū)優(yōu)先；
4. 能適應輪班工作。
