Function as primary support to the Director of ? ? ?Human Resources including activities in planning, organizing and ｅｘｅｃuting ? ? ?activities leading to the training and development of qualified ? ? ?associates.支持人力資源總監計劃、安排和實(shí)施各種活動(dòng)，以培訓和發(fā)展優(yōu)秀員工。

Oversee the day-to-day operations and ? ? ?functions of the Training Department.組織培訓部日常運作。

?

Prepare annual training plan according to ? ? ?training need analysis of each department and the recommendation from the ? ? ?Leadership Team.根據部門(mén)培訓需求和管理層的要求準備年度培訓計劃。

?

Design, organize and facilitate training activities ? ? ?and programs according to the training plan and monthly training schedule.根據培訓計劃和月度培訓日程，設計、安排和實(shí)施培訓。

?

Ensure training facilities and logistics are ? ? ?well prepared and provided.保證培訓器材和設施完好。

?

Develop and conduct effective orientation ? ? ?programs for new-hired hotel managers and associates.為新入職員工和經(jīng)理設計并講授入職培訓。

?

Assess training effectiveness by carry out ? ? ?course evaluation and regular meetings with Leadership Team.通過(guò)對課程的評估及與管理層的定期會(huì )議，對培訓效果進(jìn)行評估。

Assist managers in sourcing, obtaining or ? ? ?developing training courses, training aids and materials.協(xié)助經(jīng)理發(fā)掘、獲得和設計培訓課程及培訓資料。

Ensure the number of training hours being ? ? ?completed based on Marriott and hotel requirement and maintain an up-to ? ? ?date training records for all managers and associates.根據萬(wàn)豪的標準，保證培訓小時(shí)數的完成。確保經(jīng)理和員工的培訓記錄及時(shí)更新。

Provide advice and assistance to managers and ? ? ?associates on all matters pertaining to training.為經(jīng)理和員工培訓提供建議和支持。

?

Attend departmental 15-minute training and ? ? ?give feedback to trainer.參加15分鐘培訓并給予反饋。

?

Source and organize training and development ? ? ?program for supervisory and management associates.為主管和經(jīng)理開(kāi)發(fā)和安排培訓課程。

?

Co-ordinate the implementation of Corporate ? ? ?Management Training.協(xié)調公司管理培訓。

?

Prepare training assessment report and monthly ? ? ?training report.準備培訓評估報表和月度培訓報表。

?

Liaise with local and overseas hotel schools ? ? ?in regard to student trainee programs and to evaluate the effectiveness of ? ? ?training program and trainee progress.與當地或國外酒店管理學(xué)校合作，并評估培訓課程和實(shí)習生的進(jìn)展情況。

Implement tuition assistance program and make ? ? ?recommendation on the application of tuition assistance. 實(shí)施助學(xué)計劃，為助學(xué)申請提出建議。

Work with DHR/HRM on the hotel training ? ? ?programs and learning systems to support workforce planning and career ? ? ?development.與人力資源總監或人力資源經(jīng)理一同開(kāi)展培訓課程和培訓體系，以支持人力計劃和員工事業(yè)發(fā)展。

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a ? ? ?timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company ? ? ?policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this ? ? ?position.及時(shí)高效完成本職工作和職責，根據公司政策和程序以實(shí)現本崗位的目標。
